Answer by Bernd Bausch for Hi everyone, I'm trying top understand from scratch a configuration a previous colleague did. I managed to get swift stat but i get something like this: Containers: 10 Objects: 169223 Bytes: 46105489888 So i have 10 Containers configured with a total of 46 GB. The questuion is how can i add more containers? And if i don't this is the total space that i can use or this space can grow in demand depending the configuration of openstack swift? I'm sorry if any of these are annoying questions but i can't understand exactly how openstack works Thanks in advance for the time

To add containers on the command line, use `swift post`. You can also use Horizon. Consider reading the [user guide](http://docs.openstack.org/user-guide/managing-openstack-object-storage-with-swift-cli.html) and the [swift command reference](http://docs.openstack.org/cli-reference/content/swiftclient_commands.html#swiftclient_command_usage), and using `swift help`.
